Mount Aso

Mount Aso is a large live volcano located in Aso , Kumamoto Kyushu. It has erupted 167 times, and the last eruption occured in 2011.

Aso Cuddly Dominion    阿蘇カドリー・ドミニオン

Aso Cuddly Dominuon is a zoo located in Aso, Kumamoto Kyushu.  There are currently 100 different speicies in the zoo, while it is home of more than 800 animals. Pan-Kun is a young champinzee while James is a Bulldog, where they are featured in the television show of" Genius! Shimura Zoo" and "The Adventure of Pan and James".

Kurogawa Onsen

    "Kurokawa Onsen is one of Japan's most attractive hot spring towns, located in the middle of Kyushu about 20 kilometers north of Mount Aso. Well coordinated efforts by the town to maintain a pleasant, traditional atmosphere have kept Kurokawa free of the massive concrete hotels, neon advertisements and loud colors that are encountered in many of Japan's other resort towns. A wooden pass (tegata) is sold for 1200 yen, providing admission to the baths of three different ryokan of one's choice. It is available at the information center and the over twenty participating ryokan."
